i'm left alone today as melinda was late and decided to go and take a mc.
freddie(weiming) and weiming was also not there. and thus, there's no one to help me and crap with me. sighs. no washing machine and needles joke.
work since 8am. and calls suck like shit. seriously i don understand why ppl pay there bills without looking and once the amt that they pay increase, they will just bloody hell call and scold without even checking their bill. DUMB PPL.
use their brain to think and they would also know! grrrrs.
one bloody dunno man or woman cust called and crapped all the way. wasted my 45 mins. which caused me not hitting my target today. sighs. dispute cust suck.
talked and played with melissa during break. passing msg to each other by throw paper oppo the tables. hahah matthew came suddenly and oh shit. hahah luckily he didnt scold or say us. cos he know how bored we were.

in the end, i found matthew slping at my row there. so funny and i told melissa and she was like. he cute huh! haha. funny. hmmm. i argued back with 2 cust today as their attitude suck like shit. and so, i gave them back AP. (: thanks many many to suzy, lilac and siti's help (:
